Adding Staff and tools

It would be great to have an option to set members to vip, moderator, admin, sysop etc...

now we have to set rights to every user one by one

maybe usergroups like on trackers or forums would be fantastic

also special uploader group.

and tools for hit & run etc...

Using this script is fantastic, look is extremly simpel and thus fast and effective.
Making this a working full time torrenttracker is wonderful

note: should be option for nzb files as well
